42-Day Window Hides Most mRNA Vaccine Harms

Day 1 · 6:27:25 · Myriam Bohémier

  • ⏱️ Public health only counts adverse events inside 42 days—a rule built for traditional vaccines, not persistent mRNA products.
  • 🧪 Provost’s own post-shot eye pain, rash, cough, internal vibrations, and diabetes dysregulation were mostly dismissed outside that window.
  • 📉 Pharmacy-file research found three-quarters of changes after 42 days; true side effects may need multiplying by three to four, or 300–400 via Lazarus under-reporting.

Our expert testimony will focus on the 42-day window that is used by public health to consider unwanted effects from vaccines, including COVID-19 vaccine. Can you tell us about this process within public health and what impact it has on, um, notifying, uh, issues. So that's part of my personal, uh, experience. I've received my first, uh, COVID-19 vaccine in, uh, July 2021, and I've noticed different symptoms that I'd never had before. So it started with pain in my eyes one week after the vaccine, and then I was— I wondered if there was a link with the vaccine.

Then I felt a rash on my arm. I had a dry cough for weeks, and I felt vibrations internally that I couldn't explain. And then my diabetes was dysregulated. In a way that I hadn't seen in 15 years. So I was concerned. It was a red flag for me. I contacted my hormone specialist, and rather than help me, he recommended a second dose. So I talked to my family doctor, who was more, much more empathetic. I asked how— if I could be helped. Doctors didn't know how to notify impacts of vaccines.

So they're the one— I'm the one that completed the form and then I sent it to public health. Then a nurse contacted me a few weeks later to, uh, confirm what was in this form. The nurse said that they would only consider one impact, which was the ophthalmic migraines, because that's what happened within 42 days after the vaccine. Thanks to my expertise and experience, I tried to explain that 42 days does not apply to these vaccines because this 42-day window is only for traditional vaccines and not mRNA. And these products can stay in, in the body for weeks, months, or years.
