But Senator Johnson is an elected U.S. senator and has been so for 16 years. From 2015 to 2021, he was the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, and he remains an active member of that committee to this day. The Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs is the Senate's primary oversight committee with broad jurisdiction over government operations generally and the Department of Homeland Security. The Committee of Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs has almost unlimited jurisdiction regarding oversight of the United States federal government. Senator Johnson is currently the chairman of the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. The Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations Investigations is the committee's chief investigative subcommittee.

So of this Senate Committee on Homeland Security, and it has the responsibility of studying and investigating the efficiency and economy of operations relating to all branches of government. This subcommittee, the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, is also tasked with studying and investigating the compliance or noncompliance with rules, regulations, and law, investigating all aspects of crime and lawlessness within the United States which have an impact upon or affect the national health, welfare, and safety, including syndicated crime, investment fraud schemes, commodity and security fraud, computer fraud, and the use of offshore banking and corporate facilities to carry out criminal objects—.

Now, together, the Committee of Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations are arguably two of the most powerful government committees in the world. Senator Johnson has unique expertise into COVID-19 and the COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccines. The government response in the United States to COVID-19 was within the Committee of Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs jurisdiction and responsibility. When this pandemic broke out, Senator Johnson was the chairperson of this committee that had the responsibility, the legal responsibility placed upon them by the electorate, to investigate how the government was COVID-19 vaccine. As Chairman of that committee, and I'm not— I'm only going to go through things that jumped out at me to highlight to you the experience that Senator Johnson has.

But starting on February 12, 2020, he chaired a committee investigation into "Are We Prepared? Protecting the U.S. from Global Pandemics." On March 5th, 2020, he chaired the Federal Interagency Response to the Coronavirus and Preparing for Future Global Pandemics. On May 6th, 2020, An Inquiry into COVID-19: How New Information Should Drive Policy. And June 9th, 2020, Evaluating the Federal Government's Procurement and Distribution Strategies in Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. June 24th, 2020, The Role of the Strategic National Stockpile Profile in Pandemic Response. In November 19, 2020, Early Outpatient Treatment: An Essential Part of the COVID-19 Solution. December 8 2020, carrying on that same investigation. He has organized events outside of his role as committee. In July 15, 2021, the first time in the world, he chaired an event where vaccine-injured persons, persons injured by the COVID-19 vaccine, vaccine were able to share their stories.

November 2nd, 2021, he chaired an expert panel on federal vaccine mandates. He had experts speak on several issues concerning the vaccine mandates. On December 8, 2021, he did an address to the U.S. Senate concerning COVID and the vaccines. I'm going to, I'm going to skip ahead here, but I think I'm making the point. That Senator Johnson has for years now, for 6 years, been involved specifically in conducting investigations. More recently, as chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, on May 21st, 2025, he chaired an investigation titled The Corruption of Science and Federal Health Agencies How health officials downplayed and hid myocarditis and other adverse events associated with COVID-19 vaccine. On July 15th, 2025, that, that committee inquired on issues of vaccine injury.

On September 9th, 2025, an inquiry, and it's titled How the Corruption of Science Has Impacted Public Perception and Policy Regarding regarding vaccines. I noted when I was preparing that Toby Rogers, PhD, spoke about how early CDC data showed that the COVID-19 vaccines actually had negative efficacy after 6 months, meaning that you were more likely to get COVID. April 29th, 2026, um, an inquiry into how Biden health officials purposely turned a blind eye towards COVID-19 vaccine safety If anyone wants, we are going to— that is going to be an exhibit. And Appendix 4 of that lists a number of activities that Senator Johnson has been involved with and that I'm not going to mention. And finally, on June 3rd, 2026, an inquiry, plausible mechanisms of COVID-19 injections causing cancer and attacks on scientific publications and research.

Senator Johnson, in investigating COVID-19 issues and COVID-19 vaccine issues, has access to information that the rest of us do not have. And as I go through this, I hope that everyone can absolutely appreciate that you prepare for each of these hearings. You speak to experts. It's like, you know, court. You know, there's 5 hours for every hour in court, at least. East. So I, I'm introducing you, Senator Johnson, as the person, the government official that has investigated COVID-19, government response to COVID-19, COVID-19 vaccines, vaccines, injuries caused by COVID-19 vaccines, more than any other government official, elected or unelected, in the world. And you have investigated this as chairperson of committees that have a duty and responsibility ability to look into this, and on behalf of the Allison Inquiry, we welcome you. Um, perhaps we should start just with me asking the question to— if you can tell us something about yourself.
