Senator Johnson, will you take the Bible in your right hand, please? Senator Johnson, do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God? Now I'm going to introduce Senator Johnson, um, before he's questioned. Questioned. But I would like to say that it may be that history is being made today. It may be that never before in Canadian history has a U.S. Senator testified at, in any committee room in Ottawa, let alone under oath. And Senator Johnson, we thank you for coming. I'm going to spend a bit of time outlining some of what Senator has done some of his responsibilities. And it's just so that those watching who don't know Senator Johnson come to understand that the amount of time that has been spent looking into COVID issues in an official and unofficial capacity.
