He was feeling very tired. I was talking to Sean's stepdad and he was taking naps during the day, and that's not Sean, he doesn't do that, and just so exhausted. And then, um, On the morning of September 27th, he wasn't coming upstairs to go to school, and they got really worried, uh, my ex-wife and Sean's stepdad. And they went, they went downstairs and found him dead on the floor beside his bed. And I had to wait 3 long months for autopsy results.

Um, he basically dies in the night. A 17-year-old healthy hockey player dies in the night, um, but he didn't die in his bed, did he?

No, he was found on the floor. So I can only assume, my best guess is he stood up because he knew something was wrong, and for a split second or two, he knew something was very wrong, and he collapsed on the floor and died.

Right. So, so what, what likely happened is, is he wakes up having a heart attack, he realizes he's in trouble, and he tries to go get help, but he doesn't make it.
