And not only did my doctor send an emergency referral, I called Dr. Raj probably 3 or 4 times, leaving voicemails while I'm crying because I wanted him to see me and I wasn't living my life. I went from perfectly healthy and owning a business and running my family and helping to bedbound and not able to even get to the kitchen. So they, the second ER trip that I took to the university hospital, the cardiologist there and the neurologist there also sent in an emergency referral. Um, and thankfully Dr. Raj took me on within a couple of months. Uh, he did full autonomic testing on me, and in, in Calgary at his autonomic investigations clinic, and he found POTS leaning hyperandrogenetic, and he found, um, vasovagal syncope and suspected mast cell activation syndrome.
