Now, um, I just want to get some things out of the way. So You've been verified as vaccine injured, and even the Vaccine Injury Support Program agrees that you're vaccine injured. Is that right?

And, um, you did not have COVID until years after what we're going to talk about, um, and you wanted to come here in person. We scheduled you to come here in person, but actually your doctor, Dr. Ahmed, sent me a letter dated August 29th, 2026, explaining that literally it was not a good idea medically. And, and the concern is, is you, you could be in bed for weeks over this or even longer. It would— it could be— take such a physical toll on you to travel from Alberta to here.

Yeah, I actually haven't been able to fly or travel really at all since becoming injured. Any disruption to my very, like, normal could absolutely put me back into a serious flare where I'm bedbound for weeks to months, unable to do anything except just survive.

Yeah, and I, I know from speaking with you that you were, you were in tears over this. Um, I want to introduce you to the inquiry. You were 36, you have 2 kids, Autumn and Liam, and your husband Mike Scuba. You were a yoga instructor, and in fact, um, you were what was called a power yoga instructor, which is, um, most people can't even do that. Um, you were very fit, you were very active, um, you were a professional massage therapist for both humans and horses, and you would do 5 to 8 clients a day, extremely healthy. And then, and then you had a journey with the vaccine.
