Denomme: VISP Refusal Letter Named the Wrong Vaccine¶
Day 3 · 6:33:30 · Shawn Buckley · Crystal Denomme · Julie Woods
- 📄 First refusal claimed her injury was from a second Moderna shot she never received; she had two Pfizers.
- 🤦 She joked they were lucky to get her name right; the entire file was a fiasco of basic errors.
- 📚 On appeal she submitted peer-reviewed articles, case studies and stats the board still ignored.
Vaccine Injury Support Program rejected her claim while misstating the product she received.

So you applied to the Vaccine Injury Support Program and you had an interesting refusal letter.
Crystal Denomme · 6:33:41
Which one?
Shawn Buckley · 6:33:43
Well, the first one, because— can you share about that? Because it was just—.
Crystal Denomme · 6:33:50
Yeah, but they didn't pay attention to my case even to get the brand of vaccine vaccine right when they refused me. They said that my claim was that the second shot of Moderna had caused it. And I said, when I, when I appealed, I said, well, I didn't get any Moderna shots, I got two Pfizer shots. So they, they didn't even get— I'm surprised they got my name right, to be honest with you. It was a fiasco at best.
Shawn Buckley · 6:34:18
I, I was just thinking, in all fairness to this, is you weren't injured by the Moderna vaccine.
Julie Woods · 6:34:23
That's right.
Shawn Buckley · 6:34:23
They were right to refuse you for that one, right? But what was the process? And I am joking. I don't mean to make light of that, but it's just quite something. We had an earlier witness talk about how this program was asking for medical records from the neurologist claiming that this person was dead and the person had to correct it. And with you, they've got the vaccine wrong. And that wasn't the only error. That was just—.
Crystal Denomme · 6:34:50
I couldn't even— I couldn't even list the amount of things that are wrong with that program. Um, it, it, it was the most absurd thing that I've ever had to deal with because I can disprove everything that they said, and I did.
