I understand that it, uh, it was a long trip and, and a commitment, but I also understand that you believe that you were supposed to be here.

I'm just going to introduce you to the inquiry. So you are a board-certified obstetrician, gynecologist, and maternal fetal medicine physician with over 45 years of experience. Throughout your distinguished career, you have overseen countless high-risk pregnancies. You are still practicing full-time. You have been an examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. You have been involved in over 250 published papers. You have been a, a reviewer for major medical journals, and I'm just limiting myself to the ones on obstetrics and gynecology. Um, these journals, medical journals that you've been a peer reviewer on, include the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Journal of Maternal-Fetal Investigation, and then just listing a few.

So when these other mainstream medical journals need an expert in obstetrics or gynecology, You were brought in as a reviewer. You have been for the Western Journal of Medicine, the Journal of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, the New England Journal of Medicine, the Journal of the American Medical Association. You have written 5 chapters in obstetrics and gynecology textbooks. You also held a position on the board of directors for the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine for 4 years. You have testified as an expert between you before U.S. Senate committees, and you have researched extensively into COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccines in relation to fertility, pregnancy, and other issues. This research has resulted in more than 70 published articles and 2 books, and I'll advise the Inquiry that we are including as an exhibit Dr. Thorpe's CV, which is 42 pages in length.
