  • 🛡️ She believes her doctor knew the system might not help and that she was seeking care elsewhere.

Thank you very much, um, for your testimony. Uh, to Mr. Dawson's question, you indicated that you hope— and I'm part of it, I'm just paraphrasing— that those responsible are held accountable.

Blaine Calkins · 4:07:56

Mhm.

Dean Allison · 4:07:57

What does that accountability look like for you?

Stéphanie Giguère · 4:08:02

I would like the justice system to do its job and to, um, actually look at the harm that was done and not give free passes to people because of their authority or positions, connection, or wealth. I would like the justice system to do its job.

Dean Allison · 4:08:20

What about the medical profession? What about the medical system? What's your thoughts on that?

Stéphanie Giguère · 4:08:24

I think the doctors were also victims of a terror campaign. I think they were held at the throat, and I think actually my doctor did the best she could. I received long-term disability because of my mental disorder, and so I think she actually served me quite well. She might have known that the medical system might not have done me any good, and she knew that I was seeking help elsewhere.

Blaine Calkins · 4:08:52

Thank you.

Dean Allison · 4:08:53

And finally, Mr. Hawkins.
