Uh, going through the process of the, the program, what was your experience with the going through the process?

A lot, a lot of waiting, a lot of attempting to follow up When I got the initial letter to confirm that I was denied it, and even just reading it just felt very— it was almost unbelievable at the time. And to hear that the reasoning for it as well, and that there was no effort or additional follow-up required to prove that also further confused me as well and made it even more type of kind of unfortunate. So it was— it just— it also didn't feel like it was a thorough process to look through the medical documents that I got through, which went through only 80 to 100 pages of my entire hospital visit, which included multiple treatments, uh, which felt like it was also a result of everything. But it just felt like the proof and validity was not there.
