So our first witness today is Dr. Michelle Worton. And Michelle, welcome to the Allison Inquiry LIVE. Will you take the Bible in your right hand, please? And yeah, it's on. Michelle, do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God?

Dr. Michelle Worton · 0:15:36

I do.

Shawn Buckley · 0:15:39

I'm wondering, you've heard the opening comments and you're part of an organization called CANRICE. Which is the largest organization in Canada, which is a community of vaccine-injured persons. Um, before we go into your story, do you mind sharing why it's important for vaccine-injured persons to be able to tell their stories?

Dr. Michelle Worton · 0:16:05

Uh, yes, of course. When you're vaccine injured in Canada, you're abandoned. That's a reality. And a significant amount of my experience has been exactly that, for close to 3 years, almost exactly 3 years from the time I was injured until I found other injured Canadians like myself. I walked this road alone. And to your point, abandonment, isolation, medical gaslighting, censorship moral injury, um, dismissal by dental colleagues.

Dr. Michelle Worton · 0:17:11

I was a highly esteemed dental professional, nationally recognized. Friends, family, community members, doctors, you name it. So for me to have been very grateful to find Julie Woods My co-founder, who will be testifying tomorrow, um, Canada Rise 19 was founded. And what I couldn't find, being a regulated dental professional and a healthcare professional in the country, um, was a scientific evidence-based organization that offered peer support groups. And so initially that's where Julie and I started, um, was establishing ourselves as a registered nonprofit in Canada, offering formal support groups 4 times a year. And then we moved on now to having, sadly, again, this is a reality in Canada, an underground medical provider list that we will not share and cannot share because Canadians cannot get access to medical doctors to help them improve their health.

Shawn Buckley · 0:18:22

Can I just slow you down there? Because I think you're saying something that is tremendously important. And you can leave your mic on. That's fine. So CANRISE is an organization of vaccine— COVID-19 vaccine injured persons that have formed because they need support. And the kind of collective experience is, is that we can't get medical attention by regular doctors, but there's that odd outlier out there that actually will, will treat us, that will not, you know, dismiss us. And you don't want to get them into trouble. So it's a secret list because it's a valuable resource. And I think that in itself is an entire story that vaccine-injured persons have to protect those few doctors that are willing to treat them as human beings.

Dr. Michelle Worton · 0:19:22

It's one of the only resources we have.

Shawn Buckley · 0:19:25

Okay, so let's go into, to your journey because it's quite compelling.
