And now I'm going to, um, try and do some brief credit to your credentials and, uh, and then ask you to explain part of them, but I, I will advise the inquiry that we've entered Mr. Dr. Professor Rancourt's CV as Exhibit 8, Rancourt A. It's 93 pages long. Um, Professor Rancourt has a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master of Science degree, and a PhD from the University of Toronto. Their degrees in physics. He has been a natural sciences and engineering Research Council of Canada, international postdoctoral candidate in prestigious research laboratories in both France and the Netherlands. He became a national NSERC University Research Fellow in Canada. He was a professor of physics at the University of Ottawa for 23 years, attaining the highest academic rank of tenured full professor.

As a at the university, he was a researcher in interdisciplinary research. And that was my question for you is, can you explain for the inquiry what an interdisciplinary researcher is?

Well, it can mean different things in different contexts, but in my case, it means that I'm able to switch fields completely and become a top expert in different fields. But also I'm able to combine fields to analyze a complex complicated problem using different areas of science. So my interdisciplinary research includes and included— well, physics, obviously, condensed matter physics, nanoparticles in the environment, environmental science in general, biogeochemistry, and more recently, medicine and public health.

Thank you for having me. Let me get through some of this. First, I want to say that Senator Johnson this morning said 3 words in particular that really struck me. He said them authentically and vehemently, and those 3 words were, "What is true?" He said that loudly. What he meant was there's a great difficulty in knowing what is— if we can rely on our common sense, there's a great difficulty in parsing through all this expertise mumbo-jumbo jumble and all the different opinions and all the different things that we see in the various sources of information. So he was really honestly saying, what is true? How do you know? And he shared that he has a staff that helps him figure this out. And so I want to reassure everyone today that I'm going to be sharing some data that is the most unquestionable. The states, the modern states, they count births and they count deaths. And so mortality is one of the most reliable things.

There is an apparatus, a legal and administrative apparatus that counts deaths. Who died? How old were they? What sex were they? In which jurisdiction did they die? When did they die? To, to the day. And this data is extremely valuable for figuring out what happened to a society during a major event. And that's the kind of data that I'm analyzing, that I've been analyzing for more than 5 years now, and that I will be showing you lots of graphs and lots of data, um, and I'll guide you through how to look at and how to understand these graphs. But it's mortality data, and in addition to knowing sex, age, and so on, you can also know about the health status of the person who died. So that it's possible to know that in some jurisdictions you'll even know the vaccination status, but mostly most jurisdictions will not record that regarding attaching it to the death, I mean. So that's, that's what I'll be showing you. So it's stuff you can, you can understand. It's numbers of deaths. And so here we go. Um, the background information is on our website, which is correlation-canada.org, and a recent report that I wrote, an overview report, is entitled 8 Pivotal Facts About COVID Period.

'Excess Mortality,' and you can find it on our website. And in that report, I lay out 8 really central facts that are conclusively known from the data, from this kind of hard data that I was describing. And today I will concentrate on fact number 5 from that report, which is that the— a demonstration that the COVID-19 vaccines harmed and killed many people without any reasonable doubt. So the presentation is divided into two major themes or parts. The first part is the localized damage to individuals. So it's vaccine, probably vaccine-associated harm directly to individuals. And the second part of the presentation is about widespread damage in the society from the various kinds of impositions and mandates and and so on. And that causes death. And so the overall plan is like this, but I will go through the plan as we, as we march through the presentation.

So you don't have to worry about reading it all now, but I'm going to be covering different aspects of these big themes, including pregnant women who died after the mandate to vaccinate all pregnant women and their children who died 9 months later, their infants.

Once we approved vaccines for toddlers, I will show that there was a large upscale of mortality rate to toddlers and such things as that. So I'm going to be going through each of these one by one. Um, the sources of the data are national official data sources, so the CDC in the USA and StatCan in Canada. Now these are massive databases that have to be refined and have to be interpreted mathematically in the sense that they have to be put into a form that you can make graphs and so on. But that is the source. All, all of that kind of data, mortality data, is from these sources. And so we'll start with Part 1, which is the localized harm to individuals.
