Michael, I'll just lead you through your experience, but you're 41 now and you were a Canadian Armed Forces member for 11 years. You were in the Army, you were a communications specialist for the 77th Mine Regiment, and you guys basically did the telecommunications for the Department of National Defense. From a health perspective, you were in extremely good health. You had to be deployable on the field, which requires a very high level. You had yearly, year, uh, physicals that you passed with flying colors. You had to be at a standard of physical abilities requiring deployment. Your unit would train together doing kettlebell workouts, gym training, track lunches, and your work required you to climb towers, 100 to 400-meter towers, basically daily, because you're up there in telecommunications towers. So it's— you were an extremely fit Canadian Armed Forces Army member. Can you tell us what happened?

I've been selected to provide my testimony on my experiences leading up to and after my injuries. Injuries from these experimental mRNA inoculations. My name is Michael James McNair, and I am a Scottish Ojibwe Canadian. I served 11 years in the Canadian Armed Forces for the Royal Canadian Corps of Signals, and I had the privilege to wear the 77th Line Regimental Eplet on my chest.

77Th Line Regiment is considered a high readiness unit, and we are deployed multiple times throughout the year on domestic infrastructure Maintenance and repair operations. We were deployed hundreds of days per year. When the world was shutting down and the countries were closing their borders, we We're on Operation Enhanced Forward Presence 2019 to 2020. I have a combined isolation and quarantine time of 84 days.

And I have experienced and have witnessed inhumane treatment of people who have had their dignity stripped away. This was allowed because of fear and confusion. April 23rd, 2001. My crew came off of a project. We were ordered to get in line.

At the base arena, whether we wanted these initial inoculations or not, I said yes in fear of not being deployable and losing my position. Inoculation with 77th Line Regiment. I and we were not provided any information on if this was a serious causing injury inoculation. We were only told that it would be localized discomfort with headaches and possibly body chills.

I was then transferred to CFB Gagetown Fredericton, New Brunswick, or Mactou. Where I was in a position that was supposed to be a slower tempo and closer to my family. I tried to delay my second inoculation for as long as I could until General Wayne Air mandated an effective end state of November 15th, 2021. Again, out of fear and confusion and not wanting to put my family into unnecessary financial distress, I said yes.

I still remember watching this unknown substance be put into my arm. My body was shaking, and my mind mind was breaking. This is what I now know as a moral injury.

2 To 3 weeks later, in the upper left side of my abdomen I felt a sensation, but I didn't think much of it because we were extremely busy at work. 6 Weeks after this second Moderna inoculation, the week of November 29th, 2001, The pain that I was experiencing became unmanageable in the upper left side of my abdomen.

So I went to the base MIR, and I was misdiagnosed and sent home with gastritis. I'm not a doctor, and I don't know what this is. Never had it. Later that afternoon and night, I was throwing up yellow stomach bile every 15 to 20 minutes, which later turned to a blackish gray color. My wife found me in our wash Soon.

She took me to the emergency room. At the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, where an MRI found that I had a blood clot forming, or formed, in my superior mesenteric vein, which extended into my splenic vein and my portal vein. I'm not a doctor, but I figured it out. I was discharged 7 days later, and I was told to take blood thinners twice daily Really, this, because of the condition and medication, triggered my medical file to be flagged, breaching Signing my universality terms of service with the military, I became a medical release.

I was provided with a period of retention until my medical release, and this allowed me time to find out that my condition was not reported to the AEFI, which is an internal reporting system. AEFI is the Adverse Effects Following Immunization. This was 3 years later and they only submitted it on my request.

Hmm. VAC acknowledges that I have PTSD. From all of these experiences, but they deny my thrombosis claims, saying that these are not service-related. What I have come to realize is that the only things necessary for evil to triumph are fear and confusion, because then good people will do nothing.
