Um, so as I said, we've only now gotten documents. This was after, you know, 6 years of, uh, investigation. Now we're, we're finally getting documents, so we have evidence, which is what you need you need before you call people in for transcribed interviews. Otherwise, they run circles around you. I mean, even with evidence, as I was saying, we've interviewed some of the people in CDC. They're completely unrepentant. They're, you know, again, you can't faze them. There's nothing you can show them that said, yeah, you probably, you ought to consider this one as a safety signal. They just, we weren't seeing safety signals, you know, what can I say? So we'll continue to gather that evidence. Again, we've got more devices that they are supposed to have in their possession. But again, it drives you nuts. They can't answer simple questions. Okay, you, you say you possess this, but it's been decommissioned and not in inventory. What does that mean? We can't tell you what it means. Like, so again, I, I cannot tell you. I always say nobody can out-frustrate me, but we will continue. I will be dogged as long as it's particularly— I'm chairman now.

I'll need to remain chairman in order to have the subpoena authority to at least threaten subpoenas to compel these agencies, even under Bobby Kennedy. I mean, we need that authority. But certainly over the— if we maintain the majority the next few years, get more documentation, we're starting to call people in for interviews. And one of the reasons we don't just do a document dump, you know, like, here's the stuff, here's what we found out, is you need— in order to do an investigation with integrity, when you call witnesses in, they can't know what you have, okay? They have to suspect that they know— that you know everything they wrote, so that when you ask them a question, they better answer it honestly, because in some cases we know the answer to the question, some cases we don't. But we want them to be under as much pressure to answer truthfully. So again, the interview phase of my investigation has only begun. I hope to— I hope it'll be quite revealing. We're getting more whistleblowers coming up saying, well, you should have this document.

We don't. Um, we do know, for example, you know, I'll name him, Tom Shimbakuro, who was the chief safety surveillance, uh, official in CDC. He was touting VAERS in October, all that type of thing. Um, with the permission of the Office of General Counsel of HHS, he deleted emails. Now I think HHS was chided by a court, said he can't do that. I mean, that's a violation of Federal Records Act. But again, he's, he's covered by the fact that he's based on an Office of General Counsel opinion that, yeah, you're, you're not high enough the food chain, you can delete what you want to delete. What we've also found out though is that not only were they deleted on the device but they appear to be— have been deleted on the server. Yeah, I, I know how to delete an email. I have no idea how I delete those, because again, electronic communications, it doesn't disappear.

Those things are pretty much forever unless somebody knows what they're doing, deletes them. So we'll see where this goes. I, I can, I can see my investigation expanding into to, because we already have Dr. David Morens, right? He, he wrote the famous email, we got this FOIA lady, show me how to make emails disappear, you know, other emails my, my staff has uncovered. He's now, again, he confessed to a conspiracy to violate the Federal Records Act. So I'm hoping he turns state evidence on, on fellow conspirators. But we've seen that time and time and time again, those type of emails. So like, well, let's talk about this, not good for email, or send this to my Gmail. We see that time and time again. So I can see my, my investigation expanding into just rampant violations of the Federal Records Act within these agencies.
