It did work. I guess it does work. Um, I'll try to be as brief as I can because I know there's a lot of people that, um, that have questions and, and want to ask, but it's— this is wildly close to my heart. So I'm looking at my phone because I made notes as you were speaking, Senator. Um, so number one, Dean, uh, MP Allison, thanks 1 million. This is really, really well done. I really appreciate you being such an amazing intervention for this, such an advocate for it. I don't know how many Wednesday morning Ontario caucus meetings, uh, uh, you brought this up. And so I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. You truly have been a leader on all of this. Um, secondly, Um, Senator Johnson, I've never had a chance to meet you before. Um, I can tell why you've been elected so many times. You're, you're really a, a real class act.

That's really awesome, especially in the, in the midst of the midterms where you could be in the United States stumping for other folks. Um, you care enough to come here, so thank you very much, Senator. And with that, and I mean this very honestly, if you ever want to have a really good fishing trip, you contact me. We'll go to way northern Ontario and we'll do a fly-in fishing trip. I just happen to maybe know the person, or maybe I own the outfitting business. Um, the reason this is so near and dear to my heart today, why it's, why it's so darn important for me to, to be here— so I was elected at the end of 2019. I call myself a 2019 political baby. And everybody from the class of 2000— 2019 is in the same shoes as I am, because we literally were elected at the end of 2019. I believe we got to sit in December for about 2 and a half weeks.

We got one week in January, two weeks in February roughly, and on March 6th they said, get home, go home now, don't come back, it's way too scary. And I remember literally leaving the House of Commons, them literally making— the Speaker making the announcement, get out now. And we could have swore that the sky was falling, Senator. That to be said is— all that to be said also is, because I was a political baby, I really only had about 3 months under my belt, Senator. But let me tell you, sir, the, um, the amount of people that contacted my office— so my, my riding is Essex, which is right next to Windsor. Um, so next to the busiest international border crossing in North America, doctors, nurses, uh, first responders, business owners, everything come crashing down very, very quickly in that if they didn't get the shot, they didn't cross the border.

And so, um, being a first responder myself myself, I knew that I was hearing various stories, uh, various stories from other locations, and that if you don't get the shot, you don't respond to the fire department, you don't, you can't be, um, a home caregiver. My parents were driving me crazy. Chris, please get the shot, please get the shot. And I said, I don't want the darn shot. They said, please get the shot. And the only thing that got me to get the shot is I realized I was representing 131,000 people from the Great Riding of Essex, and I wasn't allowed back in the House of Commons on the green carpet of the House of Commons unless I got the shot. That's the only reason I didn't get one but two shots, so I could represent the people. I'm going to take it a step further, and this is going to get personal, and it's a good thing I got these right here, because I do— I am leading up to a question, Mr. J. Allison, um, ironically, the one of the people that was on my bum the most of getting the shot was my mother, my best friend.

And, and shortly after she got the shot, um, she came down with esophagus cancer. And I'm not, I'm not a conspiracy person, by the way. I just want to put that on the record. However, I just want to just— because I just got a text. I asked somebody, I just text my father, and the doctor called it turbo cancer. The vaccine accelerates the spread the cancer. I'm not going to mention the doctor's name, but I do have it here on my phone. Um, he explained the same thing to my father. London doctor said if the claim that made major settlements is possible— got through that one better than I thought I was going to, but I guess because I was reading.

I guess my question is Senator, um, by the way, I had a really good chat with Congressman Huizenga just a couple weeks ago. What a great man. Um, I guess my question to you is, have you heard about this acceleration of the turbo cancer?
