So again, as of July 31st, there were 1.7 million adverse events. Uh, I won't repeat that. Um, as long as I can remember, when faced with a serious medical condition, the recommendation has been to seek a second and possibly a third opinion. Once again, that basic tenet of medicine was violated throughout this pandemic. Only the narrative and recommended approach of the COVID cartel was allowed. Anything contrary to the edicts was labeled dangerous misinformation or or a brand new term for inconvenient truths, malinformation. True information, but boy, if it goes against that COVID cartel narrative, now it's malinformation. As a US Senator, I tried to expose the insanity of our COVID response with hearings in 2020 when I was chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, and public events in 2021 and 2022 after we lost the majority. Priority. In May 2020, my hearing featured Dr. Johnny Anidis testifying about the Princess Cruises analysis and Dr. Pierre Corey for the first time testifying about the use of corticosteroids in hospital treatment.

I remember he was vilified after that hearing until I think about 8 weeks later they actually ran a trial of dexamethasone, which is corticosteroid, that was effective. Now they always underdosed it so they didn't use it, utilize it effectively, But again, he was first vilified until he had a study that proved it would work. In November-December 2020 hearings on early treatment, Drs. Peter McCulloch, George Freed, Pierre Corey talked about the successful multi-drug protocols using hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. My first public event after losing the majority was in June of 2021 in Milwaukee, where 5 vaccine-injured individuals told their stories. In November 2021, I held another event on vaccine injuries, injection injuries in D.C. that included medical experts injuries and the injection injured. On January 22nd, 2022, I hosted a 5-hour-long public event in DC titled COVID-19: A Second Opinion. That event was organized around Dr. McCulloch's four pillars of pandemic response: limiting the spread, early treatment, hospital treatment, and vaccination.

At that time, it had been viewed by over 5 million times, demonstrating the public's desire for more and better information. I've continued to hold hearings and conduct oversight, which were not ridiculed and vilified, which is jellybean, the reaction, have been largely ignored by legacy media. It is disheartening that so few in government, the medical establishment, and media have shown any interest in examining our destructive response to COVID. And again, I applaud this inquiry's effort to overcome that apathy and the cover-up. The good news is that after four years of Biden administration stonewalling my oversight requests, press, we have finally begun obtaining the documents required for a COVID reckoning. The world owes a debt of gratitude to HHS Secretary Kennedy and his commitment to radical transparency. Early releases exposed the cover-up by U.S. federal health officials of the safety signals that were screaming at them and the lies they told the public.

Dr. Fauci's diary and text messages also confirmed that my oversight was on target and has revealed the truth. Because the diary and text messages were Dr. Fauci's, even the legacy media who've been complicit in the COVID cover-up have been forced to report on it, and I hope to report on this inquiry. By uncovering and exposing the truth— or not, but, but uncovering and exposing the truth will not be easy. The COVID cartel will never admit that they were wrong. They can't afford to admit they were wrong because the body count from their corrupt actions is simply too lie. And unfortunately, considering who the members of the COVID cartel are, they will use all the awesome power at their disposal to frustrate every effort to expose, expose them and prove them wrong. But once someone's eyes have been open to the truth, it's almost impossible to close them. As more and more people become aware of what has happened and what is happening, I have to believe Truth will have the power to overcome the lies.
